# CV Management

## Managing, downloading and deleting CV's created on Te Heke Mai.

### Editing

1. Go to the CV Builder tab
2. Select the pencil icon to edit
3. Select the sections 1-7 to edit a specific section of the CV
4. Press 'next' to save the edited page
5. Select 'Preview' and finalise to save all the changes

### Creating Multiple CVs/Duplication

You can store up to 5 CVs on the Te Heke Mai platform.

- To create a new CV you can select the 'New CV' button on the top right-hand side
- You can duplicate a CV and edit it as needed. For example, this can be used to change information slightly to suit different jobs/industries. To do this the you can select the double-page icon.

### Downloading

You can download your CV by selecting the download (cloud with the arrow icon).  You can download as many times as needed. 

### Deleting

To delete a CV you can select the trash can icon. You will have a second pop-up to confirm the deletion, there is no way to re-load the deleted CV so make sure you have downloaded it or are sure you won't need it again.
