# Booking in your coaching sessions

## How to book coaching via the Te Heke Mai platform. 

### First coaching session

1. Go to the 'Coaching' tab on your Te Heke Mai account  ![](https://info.tehekemai.co.nz/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-3.png?width=89&height=28&name=image-png-3.png)
2. You will need to complete an initial set of questions which will deem if you are eligible for coaching via Te Heke Mai
3. If you are eligible you will be able to use the booking functionality to pick a time that suits you
4. You will get an email when your booking has been confirmed.

On your first booking, you will be allocated a coach and will work with them through the program. If you wish to change coach at any point please submit a request [here](https://info.tehekemai.co.nz/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en-nz).

### Reminders/Notification

 You will receive an email notification at:

- Time of booking
- Day before booked time
- 1 hour before booked time

You can also view upcoming coaching sessions in the Te Heke Mai app under 'coaching' or on your dashboard.

### Creating more bookings

You have the option to schedule a new session once the previous session has concluded, or the coach can arrange a time during the current/previous call.

### Rescheduling & cancelling bookings

In the the Te Heke Mai app under the coaching tab or notification email received you can select the appropriate link to reschedule or cancel the coaching session.
