My jobs
The user's personal dashboard for keeping track of job opportunities they are interested in or have applied to. It helps to stay organised and easily revisit roles at any time.
What appears in "My Jobs"?
Any job that you:
- Save using the heart icon ❤️
- Apply to, with or without documents
- Attach a note or document to
...will automatically appear in your My Jobs section.
Note: There is no integration with external job platforms (Trade Me Jobs) to track the status of your application. For updates, please refer to Trade Me Jobs or check your email inbox for application confirmations.
Viewing and filtering saved jobs
In the My Jobs section, you can:
- View all saved jobs in one place.
- Use the search bar to find jobs by title or company name.
- Sort jobs by the latest saved.
- See if a CV or cover letter is attached — indicated by a green badge.
Unsaving jobs
To remove a job from your saved list:
- Click the heart icon again on the job card or in the table view.
- Select 'Remove all jobs' to unsave all at once.
Important: If you unsave a job that is closed or unlisted, you will no longer be able to view its details.
